When I first heard about this publication coming from two very well respected individuals I knew it would be good. However I did not anticipate how pragmatic it was in nature. I just read this book cover to cover in four sittings - mostly on airplanes. It was very informative, well written, and packed with great information about scaling innovation, corporate culture and organization alignment. Being a Director in high tech supply chain, this is extremely relevant to all my functions. Highly recommended reading.
Fantastic, a must read for anyone serious about innovation. Lockwood and Papkee nailed it. As a CEO of a technology company, I will use this as a playbook for innovation design. Highly recommend this book!
